FBCL TOP 3  May 14, 2017

This Sunday we are honoring mothers with a small token of appreciation. If you are a mother, or if you have a mother, please accept our gift of a flower as you leave the service. A self-serve photo booth is available in the lobby today for pictures on this special day.

#2: Memorial Day Observance & Prayer Service

Wednesday, May 31st at 7:00 pm, we will host an observance of Memorial Day with a prayer service. Join us in the Chapel as we remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and pray for those who are currently serving.

#3: All About Kids Productions Camp – July 9th-14th
All About Kids Productions (AAKP) is a high-energy, kid-oriented performing arts day camp. Music, acting, stage movement, and dance are combined with Bible study, hands-on instruction, plenty of laughter, and just the right amount of hard work to create an awesome week of challenge and growth. Bible Study FOR ALL AGES

Join us at 9:15 am on Sunday morning when we offer a variety of Bible Study small groups. We offer something for every age! Stop at the connections desk for details.


Please join us on May 19th at 6:30 pm for a Basket Fundraiser to benefit  First Baptist  School. This fun-filled evening will be held in the Family Life Center.


Our next Membership Matters class will be held June 4th through 18th, on three Sundays during the 9:15 am Bible study hour. You can register now at http://fbclaurel.com/membershipmatters/.


Open to children ages 3 through 14 and all current FBSL students K-3 through 8th grade. 6:00 am to 6:30 pm. Preschoolers must be completely potty-trained. For more information and to register go to our website www.fbslaurel.com and click on Summer Camp.

Children’s Summer Camp Dates at FBCL
Vacation Bible School (VBS). June 19th – 23rd, from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm. For children currently in Kindergarten – 5th grade. VBS is free of charge.

The Laurel Community Day 5K Run / Walk

Saturday, May 20th, 8:00 am, McCullough Field, Laurel. This fundraiser benefits two great local organizations : First Generation College Bound and LARS. Festivities include food trucks, car shows, moon bounces, and more. Register on line: REGISTER.CHRONOTRACK.COM /R/ 26089.
