Who We Are

Diverse City is the name of the Student Ministry at FBCL where we welcome students from 6th-12th grade. We exist to introduce students to Jesus, disciple students in an accurate understanding of the Gospel, and mobilize students to play an active role within the Great Commission.

Sunday, 9AM-10AM in the Student Wing
Sunday mornings consist of a Middle School Bible Study and a High School Bible Study. This is a time to discuss deep questions and further your faith.

Wednesdays, 6:30PM-8:30PM in the Family Life Center
Wednesday nights consist of a time for games, worship, teaching, and small groups. Come hangout out with us and get connected with other students in a casual atmosphere.

Missions

It is our hope that through our existence as a Student Ministry, the overall mission of FBCL will be accomplished - to focus everything on Jesus and the Gospel so that we can reach unbelievers, disciple believers, and multiply leaders.

Part of how we accomplish this is through Missions. We sent a team to Belize in the Summer of 2018 and we sent a team to Puerto Rico in the Summer of 2021. Our plan is to continue to be involved with a missions focus like this in the future.
