Who We Are
Grace Marriage is an exciting ministry designed to enrich, protect,
and grow your marriage. Using Biblical, grace-based materials
you will have time to talk with your spouse and explore ways to
enrich your relationship. Our marriage ministry is an intentional
commitment to grow in your relationship with each other and the
Lord.
Four times a year husbands and wives meet with other couples in
various stages of life to explore different aspects of marriage. The
sessions are called marriage coaching. Marriage coaching is an
intentional and proactive approach to re-focus on positives in your
relationship. Marriage coaching is not a lecture. It is not marriage
counseling or group therapy. It is not a seminar or conference. It
is not a place where you will be forced to share your deepest
secrets.

couples in their 80s are involved in Grace Marriage groups and
have been greatly blessed by participating!
For just $200 annually (that’s only $50 per session), you’ll receive
a year’s worth of Grace Marriage coaching, curriculum, snacks, and
breakfast before each session. Quarterly sessions dates are
Saturday mornings August 24, November 16, January 11, and
April 12. Each session runs from 9 – 12:30. Breakfast begins at 8:30 AM.

GRACE MARRIAGE ministry leaders
Paul and Leslie Denton lead the Grace Marriage ministry here
at First Baptist Church of Laurel. After an impactful
experience attending the first year of Grace Marriage, they
are excited to see what God can do in the marriages here at
FBCL and beyond as they facilitate the second year. “Being
intentional about working on our marriage and refocusing on
the positives has been such a blessing. We hope others will
join us as we learn and practice making our marriages more
like God intended.”
